Choosing healthy foods always begins eating healthy that are low in fat and using a marinade to reduce unhealthy carcinogens. This is something very relaxing and pleasurable about cooking and eating grilled food. Without a doubt, Grilling healthy first means that you have decided to eat healthily. Cooking on a grill can be a great way to reduce fats from food.

It is true that charcoal grilling can produce carcinogenic smoke from the high-temperature cooking of foods containing fat and protein. Charcoal grilling can produce unhealthy chemical changes in the outer layers of flesh foods. To avoid these dangerous chemical formations we must avoid inhaling the smoke and avoid the black charcoal on the outside of charcoal-cooked food caused by high heat and/or overcooking, Otherwise, you can use a starter chimney and newspaper to get your charcoal lit.

Grilling may initially take a few more minutes, in the long run, it’s faster and healthier. The use of marinades can also help greatly lower carcinogens in food. By using a marinade your food will not only take on extra flavour but even a simple marinade consisting of edible oil and lemon juice can reduce the harmful chemicals by as much as 99%. A marinade will also assist in tenderizing and enhancing your food’s natural flavours.

I will tell you how to make a delicious Chicken Tikka Kabab and Grill Chicken with very little oil, with very little spice through Grill Oven. It can be eaten with pleasure by everyone big and small.

Chicken Tikka Kabab

Ingredients Three chicken breast, 120 gm yogurt, 2 Cloves, ginger-garlic paste 
1 tbsp, lemon juice ½ tbsp, coriander 1 tbsp, turmeric powder ½ tbsp, cumin ½ tbsp, paprika 1 tbsp, chili powder ½ tbsp, 1 Pinch of cinnamon, salt ½ tbsp, black pepper ½ tbsp, vegetable oil 2 tbsp, chopped coriander 2 tbsp.

MethodPlace the chicken breast pieces into a bowl with the yogurt garlic-ginger paste, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix together so that everything is combined, then cover and place in the fridge to marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

If you have wooden skewers, place them in water to soak while the chicken is marinating. This will prevent them from burning during grilling.

Bring the marinated chicken from the fridge and thread it onto skewers. Brush the chicken with the oil, then place on a griddle plate and cook turning a couple of times, for 8-10 min. until cooked through. Alternatively, you can Grill, or you can Barbecue for the same amount of time. Make sure the chicken is cooked by slicing is no longer pink in the middle. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander.

Ingredients 4 pieces of chicken legs, card/yogurt 1½ cup, turmeric powder ½ tbsp, lemon juice 2 tsp, peppercorn (small amount), a pinch of Italian sizzling, 1 cup of barbecue sauce, oil 6 tbsp, salt, black pepper powder ½ tbsp, nutmeg ½ tbsp, ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp, garam masala (hot spices) ½ tbsp, chili powder ½ tbsp.

MethodWash the chicken legs well and cut the stain on the chicken with a knife.

To marinate Mix all the ingredients including yogurt, Italian sizzling, barbecue sauce, pepper powder, and oil well with the chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. Chicken should be dry, if needed wipe dry with a kitchen tissue. Marinate very well, and then the spiced juice will get into the chicken. The marinade will tenderize the chicken.

Now take out the marinated pieces of the chicken from the fridge and grill it in the oven.

Grilling in the oven Preheat the oven to the highest for at least 15 to 20 minutes, 4700F (2400C). Place a wired rack over a baking tray and then place the marinade chicken over the wired rack. Grill it for 15 mins. If the marinated pieces of meat are occasionally brushed with oil, the chicken will remain moist.

To make a spicy version Mix together red chili powder with oil and baste the chicken on both sides. You can also baste the leftover marinate chicken.

Grill the chicken again for another 6 to 10 minutes until fully cooked through. Adjust the timing as needed depending on the size of your chicken pieces. In the last 5 mins move the rack to the topmost level and grill until charred. Serve the Grilled chicken with salads, lemon wedges, and coriander chutney.

So Grilling is one of the healthiest methods of cooking and enjoys it friends.
