Why Syrups or Juices Are Healthy For Our Health? 

To keep ourselves healthy and strong, we should always have a balanced and healthy diet on our daily diet chart. India is a major summer country so we need to keep the right amount of water and vitamins in our body at all times. Today I am discussing 5 easy ways to make Healthy Syrups or Juices.

Syrups or  Juices contain a decent amount of minerals, including calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, and manganese. Mint's health benefits range from improving brain function and digestive symptoms, cold symptoms and even bad breath. So you can add Mint Syrup / juice to your daily diet.


Yogurts have high in protein, calcium, vitamins. So Yogurt's Syrup or juice can offer protection for bones and teeth and help prevent digestive problems. 

Bananas are also rich in potassium, fiber and natural sugars. The vitamin C, potassium and other vitamins and minerals bananas contain help to maintain overall good health. Lemon & Mint Syrup

Lemon Mint Syrup
Ingredients  1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½  Half a cup of mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, salt to taste 


Method

> Mint leaves, lemon juice and 2 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend finely.  


> Take in a bowl.  Mix it well with 2 cups of water and cumin powder.  


> Now pour in 2 glasses and serve lemon - mint syrup.

  

You can drink 3 times a day for diarrhea or dehydration.


Sour Yogurt Syrup

Ingredients  5 cups of sour yogurt, mint leaves 7-8, 2 pieces of green chilli / pepper, quantitative amount of cold water, 2 tbsp of sugar, Ice crumbs need, Salt to taste.  


Method

> In a blender, first mix sour curd, cold water, ice cubes, mint leaves, chilli powder, sugar and salt together and blend well.  


> Now pour it in a glass and keep it in the fridge for a while.  


> Spread a little ice cubes on the glass before serving.  


> Of course, the cold sour yogurt syrup was made very easily.

Banana & Milk Syrup

Ingredients 1 Ripe banana, 1 glass of cold milk, 1 cup of cold water, 4 tbsp of sugar, Yogurt (if desired) 2 tbsp. 

Method

> Blend all the above ingredients together and serve.


Mint & Raw Mango Syrup

Mint & Raw Mango Syrup
Ingredients  1 cup of mint leaves, 250 ml of sour yogurt, ½ a cup of coriander leaves, 2 pieces of green pepper, 2 pieces of raw mango, Pepper powder a little, A little bit of ice, Salt to taste.  

Method

> First, blend the mint leaves and coriander leaves, sour curd, green chilli powder, raw mango, chilli powder and salt well.  


>Blend again with ½ a cup of water.  


> Now pour the mixture into a glass with a sieve.  


> Serve with a little ice cubes on top. Cold Mint - Sour Yogurt Syrup.

Cumin & Mint Syrup

Cumin & Mint Syrup

Ingredients 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tbsp of sugar, Salt -½  tbsp, Cumin - 1 tbsp, Mint juice - 1 tbsp,  Water and ice.  


Method

> First fry the dried cumin seeds in a pan.  


> Now blend yogurt, salt and sugar together.  


> Blend together the yogurt mixture with water, ice cubes, cumin powder and mint leaves.  


> Now serve with mint leaves. Cumin - Mint syrup.

Lemon & Amloki Syrup

Lemon & Amloki Syrup
Ingredients 1 lemon juice, 1 mango juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 glass of cold water, Salt to taste


Method

> Put lemon juice and amloki juice in a bowl. Sprinkle it with a little salt.


> This time mix 1 tbsp of honey and 1 glass of cold water. Mix everything well once with a spoon.


>Then refrigerate for half an hour.


It is better to drink a little cold juice in the hot afternoon or evening. However, this is the time of the corona virus. Much different than other times summer. It is good to eat something that will not only help cool the body in the heat, but will also keep the body ready to fight infections. As a result, instead of drinking bottled soft drinks, make your own syrup or juice at home.
