The youth of any state is the hope and dream of the country. Today's youth will be the leaders of various activities in the country in the future. So the country has a lot of responsibilities on the youth. The unfinished aspects of the work of the country at present will be filled by the youth worthy of the future. But unfortunately drag addiction is working like a curse on the youth of the country. It is a curse for humanity! 

At present, the capitalist countries have adopted a new policy to crush the backbone of the developing countries of the world - The Drug Trading. Now there are many obstacles in the way of warfare and species oppression. So they are determined to dominate the world and capture the market in a different way. That is why they are attracting the young society with incurable, deadly, drug addiction in order to destroy the national character. As a result, the youth of the world is on the verge of destruction. Today, the youth of the country is trapped in the death trap of the drug-like dragon. Drugs not only destroy individuals but also cripple a nation and a country from the family and send them to the crematorium.

Opium, marijuana, charas and alcohol are well known drugs to us. Bidi, tobacco and cigarettes are also among the drugs. In the nineteenth century, during the British rule in India, the country was abuzz with alcohol in the manner of the British. Then the leaders of the Brahmo Samaj like Rajnarayan Bose tried to stop drinking. But to no avail. After the independence of the country, it is no longer alcohol or the above mentioned drugs, more anxious drugs like heroin, brown sugar are being sold for crores of rupees. Drugs become a curse for life. Delhi, Mumbai, Darjeeling and West Bengal are being devastated by the devastating drug addiction. The total number of drug addicts in West Bengal is about 50,000.

Addicted youth

Today's youth will be the worthy citizens of the country - they will be the destiny of the country in the future - thinking that the government, the intellectual community, parents and all people of the country must be especially aware and diligent to save future generations and the country from huge losses. The people must come forward in the anti-drug movement and propaganda, the government must be engaged in repressive action with a firm hand. Drug smugglers must be caught and severely punished. The teaching community also needs to promote high ideals to remove the young society from drugs. In this way, we can bring the youth back from the path of misguidance.

Today the unity of the country is in danger. The strong reactionary separatist movement has deployed all its forces to divide the country into hundreds of pieces. In this situation, whatever is the hope of the youth of the country. But if drug addiction becomes a curse of humanity then, in the future will have an uninterrupted chance of foreign power dominating over the weak, powerless, resistance-less, crippled country.

Drugs business

The capitalist world is running a secret conspiracy to destroy the country's backbone, the country's vital youth through drug trafficking. Hundreds of young people have died prematurely under the curse of drug addiction. The shadow of untimely mourning in the family - the wailing of the crematorium, the sky is filled with mother's tears. In different cities and villages of India, young people are getting addicted to drugs. Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan are the centers of drug trafficking. European experts manufacture the drug in twenty factories in Pakistan. Then in many ways they are shipped to India. Thus, all over the world, even in the heart of India, the free reign of drug traffickers is going on. 

Young people are addicted to drugs, we must free our loved ones from this curse. If your loved one becomes addicted to drugs, follow some steps. It is the responsibility of all of us to bring the youth out of drug addiction.

There are 3 things to follow: - 

Cooperation needed

1) Addiction cannot be hidden. If the behavior of the child or family member is suspicious, it should be brought to the psychiatrist immediately and full treatment should be done.

2)  Drug addicts should not be hated or despised.

3) Judging their problems with empathy, we need to extend a hand of love and cooperation to bring them back to a healthy life. 

You can help your loved one through these ways -

1) Learn to recognize the symptoms, and try to talk with him/her about changes in his/her behavior. Learn to deal well with problems. This will allow you to understand the plight of your loved one and find ways to help him/her.

2) Assure him/her that he/she can live a beautiful life without intoxication. Say you always will stay with him/her.

3) Encourage him/her to quit. Speak firmly, but don’t put undue pressure.

4) When helping your loved one to be healthy, keep in mind that only the strength of mind can not go without intoxication. Your loved one may have to go through a lot of hardships to recover.

Addiction Treatment: -

1) Many people think that intoxication can be stopped if they want to. But addiction cannot be abandoned by mere willpower. When a person begins to get addicted, the part of his brain that controls our ability to diagnose is affected. And so I will not get drunk, this is not an easy thing to say. You may think that you will not be intoxicated, but you will become intoxicated again only when the desire to become intoxicated becomes strong or Withdrawal Symptoms (Various physical symptoms) appear. The person needs a lot more cooperation to get rid of the addiction. That is why the right treatment is a combination of medicine and therapy.

2) Usually, treatment is started with the "detox" method, when the patient stops taking drugs. During this time the patient experiences withdrawal symptoms. The doctor prescribes medication to reduce the symptoms so that the patient does not feel the urge to take drugs again.

3) Doctors perform various tests, such as how healthy the patient is physically? Does he have any injuries? Other tests may be performed, such as electroencephalography (EEG) or electrocardiography (ECG).

4) After detox and testing, counseling or therapy is given to the person whose main purpose is to encourage the person to change their behavior. The counselor tries to understand why the person is intoxicated, informs them of the bad consequences of intoxication, and helps them decide if they want to stop intoxication.

Care of Addicted Loved Ones: - 

It is very important to take care of the addicted loved ones because consuming  heroin, drugs and marijuana will reduce the hunger. As a result, their general nutritional needs are not met. Due to which their body begins to lack all kinds of vitamins. They gradually lose respect in family and friends, their daily use changes, they feel sick, often lose the right knowledge.

STOP DRUGS

The country's administration has become particularly aware and diligent in this regard and has formed an Anti-Drug Tusk Force, The National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign, Narcotics Control Bureau and formed a separate cell under the Police Enforcement Department. In the cities, in the villages, in the neighborhoods, resistance organizations have been formed. Various efforts are being made by the government and the private sector to escape the curse of drugs. Lots of advertisements are being given on television. The public is being made aware at every moment with posters on the streets and hoardings at street corners.
